There?s no renewable energy greater than that which is produced when VCU Strength and Conditioning Coordinator Tim Kontos barks at you to push an SUV uphill around a parking garage. It?s science.

The thing I like most about this video is that it reminds me of when training montages were all the rage. I?m talking to you, 1980s. I love the use of ordinary objects, similar to that of the greatest training montage of all time. You know you love it when I post it three times a year. But it deserves it. Hearts on fire?
